Roaming
Welcome! Roaming, it alludes to budget traveling, wandering, walking/biking/driving into the vast expanse with vague plans or expectations. It's involves jumping-off points and maybe a few must-dos. Most of all I believe it involves putting yourself in others' shoes, constantly questioning society, and taking the time to understand the history of a place so that you can act accordingly. It means stepping outside of the box and seeing what's really out there, the French cityscape version being " dérive ." And then taking it one step further...internalizing it and using what you've discovered to leave your own positive impression upon a place so that it's continuously better for others visiting and those who associate it with identity, home.
